Mary
Ianacone
Mary
grew up in Ridgewood, New Jersey. She began dancing at the
age of 3. She attended Hartford University in Hartford,
Connecticut, and danced with Connecticut's Ballet Company,
"Dance Connecticut". During the school day, Mary
teaches Special Education to pre-schoolers. Mary enjoys
dancing and teaching salsa, swing, lyrical, jazz, hip-hop
and character. Mary has been with Miss Patti's for many
years and is thrilled to continue. She thanks her beautiful
and talented students for their ongoing hard work and dedication
as well as her family and Greg for their unfailing love
and support.
Rose
Ivory-Yamout, RAD, RTS
Rose
received her formal dance training under Patricia Wattley
ARAD, of the Ballet Rusee de Monte Carlo, The Royal Academy
of Dancing in England and USA, Harkness House under the
direction of David Howard, Broadway Dance Center, Steps
and Purchase College. Rose is a seasoned teacher in training
young professionals in Classical Ballet for over 18 years.
She is a Certified, Registered Teacher/Full Member of the
Royal Academy of London, England (USA branch) and an Affiliated
Member of the American Academy of Ballet. Rose has successfully
entered over 200 students in RAD Children's and Major Examinations
from 1988-1998. Her students have attended the School of
American Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, The Royal Winnipeg
School, Ballet West, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Hartford Ballet
and the American Academy of Ballet at Vassar College. Previous
students of Rose have been accepted at top universities,
such as, Southern Methodist University, North Carolina School
of the Arts and Purchase College as dance majors and have
successfully gone on to perform, teach and choreograph.
After taking time off from teaching dance to raise her two
boys, Rose returns to the studio again with renewed enthusiasm
and passion to once more develop beautiful young dancers.
Donielle
E.J. Janora
Donielle
Ellie Jean Janora received a BFA in Dance Performance from
the University at Buffalo. Donielle was last seen this 4th
of July on PBS tapping beside Jason Alexander for "The
Capitol 4th Celebration" in Washington D.C. She was
a closing member of the national tours "The Will Rogers
Follies" and "Footloose" as the Dance Swing
and Ensemble Member. Internationally, she has traveled the
seas on Norwegian Cruise Lines for Jean Ann Ryan Productions.
Donielle has also been the Dance Captain for several regional/summer
stock productions including "Grease" (ChaCha)
and "Pippin." In 2006 she was chosen to perform
at DanceBreak with emerging choreographer Jeff Shade. Currently,
she is a dancer/hair model for L'Oreal Professional, a performer
with Breathless Entertainment which are the featured dancers
affiliated with Scene Interactive and a dance educator/choreographer
in New York City.
Jessica
Stulik Molnar
Jessica was born and raised in Waldwick, NJ. She studied ballet at the Irine Fokine Ballet School in Ridgewood for 11 years. Further ballet training came from Jeanette Hoffman, Maggie Black, David Howard, Michael Vernon and Robert Joffrey. Starting her professional ballet career at 17, she joined Ballet West in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1990, Jessica joined the Zurich Opernhaus Ballet company in Switzerland. She danced classical as well as neo-classical roles created by Uwe Scholz.
Ballet: The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, La Sylphide, The Firebird, Romeo and Juliet, Die Schopfung, Schumann, Ikarus, Stravinsky’s Symphony in 3 movements.
Opera: Salome and Eugene Onegin.
Jessica pursued her desire to teach ballet to children after retiring from the stage. Using her language skills, she found she could reach a large number of students and opened her own ballet school outside of Zurich. She also found time to direct and choreograph the "Swiss Musical Night". This show toured Switzerland as a Broadway musical revue. Her last production was in Lucerne directing the opera, "Le Nozze di Figaro". After 17 years abroad, Jessica moved back to New Jersey with her husband and daughter in 2007. Upon her return, she joined the ballet staff at Miss Patti's School of Dance in Midland Park where she is also involved in their annual Nutcracker production. In her free time, Jessica competes in American Smooth and Rhythm ballroom dancing and has won all Tri-State and Capital Dancesport championships she has entered.
Amy Novellino
Amy
started dancing when she was four years old. She began dancing
competitively at age ten. From there, she was given the
chance to perform in Disney World on three separate occasions.
At age 17, Amy was chosen to be part of a group called PowerPak
to perform and take master classes in Orlando, Florida.
Some of her teachers include Frank Hatchett and Lisa Allain.
Amy is currently pursuing a degree in management from Montclair
State University with plans to graduate May of 2008. This
is Amy's first year teaching at Miss Patti's. She would
like to thank everyone for welcoming her as well as Patti
and Darryl for giving her this great opportunity.
