Alicia Marie Mazepa
Alicia Marie Mazepa has been dancing since the age of four. Her training includes ballet, tap, Jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, ballroom and acro. In college, she was a member of the Towson University Dance Team which won the first ever National Team Championship. Alicia, as well, was honored by winning the National Solo Championship.
As a professional dancer, her resume includes performing with many artists such as Beyonce, Jay-z, Pink, and P.Diddy to name a few. She has appeared on Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock, Victoria Secret Fashion Show, Guiding Light, and also in the feature films “Across the Universe” and “Old Dogs”.
Alicia was also a Knicks City Dancer for 3 years and continues to choreograph for the team to this day. She has performed and choreographed
several industrials for Panasonic, Toyota, Reebock and Barbie to name a few, that have brought her to places such as Japan, Turkey, Germany, Prague, and Dubai. She has also co-choreographed upfront’s for Family Guy and GLEE.
Alicia has been very blessed to teach many children throughout the years of all different ages and levels. As well as her dance background, she is also finishing up her BS in Education at William Paterson University. She is very excited to be starting her next journey at Miss Patti’s School of Dance.
Humberto Teixeira originally began his dance training as a teenager in his native country of Brazil to further improve his advanced martial arts skills. He studied at the Methods Royal Academy of Dancing, Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet and Cuban National Ballet School. In 1998, Humberto joined Sesi Minas Dance Company and was promoted to soloist in 2000. He has performed numerous solo and principal roles in the Classical Repertoire and has more than 40 choreographic works represented around the world, including the Walter-Fink-Preis as the Best Project of 2009 in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Humberto has also performed with The Brazilian Dance Company, El Passo Company, Columbia Classical Ballet in South Carolina, Badishes Staatstheater in Karlsruhe, Germany, Ana Unger Dance Company in Brazil and New Jersey Ballet. He worked with names such as Alexander Grant, Dalal Achcar, David Bombana, Birgit Keil, Luis Arrieta, Chaim Geber, Christopher Weeldon, Youri Vamos, Mark Dimond, Rick McCullough, among others.
International STEPPER, and DANCER Jordan Washington (Toronto/Windsor) former core stepper for the legendary BLACK ICE step company, an entertainer, and soul movement enthusiast whose objective is to help develop and cultivate the like-minds of artists through quality education and higher learning . Credits include ARIANA GRANDE, LENNY KRAVITZ, JANELLE MONAE, SEAN PAUL, DIVINE BROWN, CANADIAN IDOL’S EVA AVILA & GARY BEALS, upcoming motion picture “THE NEST”, and "HOW SHE MOVE", GREY CUP HALF TIME SHOW, as well as choreographing performances for the 2010 OLYMPIC GAMES Corporate stages. Jordan’s knowledge and "ear" for music complimented by his diligent practice and persona has made way for him to provide vital service to the under served dance community nationwide with new ideals and extraordinary vision that can be seen in his works with media outlets BRAVO, MUCHMUSIC, BET and CTV. With over 8 years experience in the music and dance industry Jordan has emerged as a dynamic flame for the next generation of hungry minds.
